At Desi Custom, we carefully pack every order to ensure it reaches you safely and in excellent condition. Since our products are handmade and customised, processing and delivery timelines may vary depending on the product and level of customisation.

Once your order is confirmed and the required customisation details, including photographs where applicable, are received and approved, we begin production. Orders are generally dispatched within 2–4 working days after approval.

After dispatch, orders are expected to reach customers within 3–4 working days, depending on the delivery location, courier service, and other logistical factors. Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking details through WhatsApp, SMS, or email, wherever applicable. Customers are requested to ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate.

Desi Custom is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, courier disruptions, natural events, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your package arrives damaged, please take photographs or a video of the package before opening it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
